Reaching New Customers is Topic of RVDA Con/Expo Workshop

Two professionals from Constellation Dealership Group will host a workshop on reaching the next generation of buyers in the digital marketing track at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, slated Nov. 8 – 12 at Paris Las Vegas.

Sara McGuire is content marketing manager and Kseniya Savelyeva is chief marketing officer with Constellation.

“To Infinity and Beyond: Marketing to the Next Generation of RV Buyers” takes place Thursday, Nov. 11, from 9 to 10:00 a.m. PT. This workshop will show attendees how to market to a new generation that has its own ideas about how things should work.

The learning objectives for this session include:

  • What Millennials and Gen Z consumers care about when shopping for RVs.
  • Practical, manageable tips for maintaining a strong online presence.
  • How to translate traditional customer service into modern communication loops.

The RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is working to provide a variety of workshops and networking events that will aid dealers in building on an expanding market and interest in RVs and RV travel.
