RELiON Battery, a global provider of lithium batteries, has announced that RVLI will represent the company’s line of lithium iron phosphate batteries to the RV Aftermarket. RVLI territory responsibility will include the United States and Canada.
“We are extremely excited to add RELiON Battery to our representation of the Advanced Systems Group (ASG) brands, which include ParkPower, Progressive Industries and Blue Sea Systems,” said Reese Bischoff, RVLI owner and national sales manager. “RELiON supplies lithium batteries across multiple markets, and we look forward to expanding their footprint into the RV channel. Not only will we have a complete ‘drop in’ lithium battery program but we also have all the needed battery switches, circuit protection and accessories, through Blue Sea Systems, to insure a safe, easy-to-install, high performance system,”
RELiON said it has seen RV industry demand for lithium batteries grow significantly over the last several years, and claims that its batteries offer more power, lighter weight, longer lifespan, longer run time, and provide more energy for higher consumption than traditional lead-acid batteries. Another significant benefit is they are maintenance-free, where lead-acid requires active maintenance or life span is shortened.
