It’s that time of year — the nomination form for the 40 Under 40 Class of 2024 is now open!
RV PRO’s annual program recognizes 40 of the best and brightest young professionals in the RV industry. We consider nominations from all market segments including dealerships (technicians, parts and service, retail sales, administration), RV manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, representative groups, business services and more.
To submit, please use this web form. Nominations are due Friday, Aug. 30, at midnight MT to be considered. Please note nominees must be under the age of 40 on Sept. 1, 2024.
Honorees will be spotlighted at a ceremony during the RV Dealers Association’s Convention/Expo in November, along with the November issue of RV PRO magazine.

FAQ:
Can I nominate more than one person?
A: Yes, you can nominate as many people as you like, including yourself.
Will nominees be told who nominated them?
A: Sometimes nominations are a surprise. If your nominee is chosen, we will first reach out to the nominator. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let us know then.
I nominated someone last year and they weren’t selected. Can I nominate them again?
A: Absolutely! Sometimes, an additional year of experience can make for a better candidate.
Will a nominee be considered if they were a 40 Under 40 honoree in the past?
A: No. If a nominee was already featured in a previous class, they will not be considered again.
When will I find out if my nominee was selected?
A: Nominators will receive notification of a nominee’s selection in September. The Class of 2024 will be announced shortly after.
If the person I nominated is selected and doesn’t want the recognition, what happens?
A: Our team selects 40 winners but often has a list of “back up” nominees. If your nominee decides they don’t want to be featured, we will select another nominee.
