RVDA-RVIA’s Isabel McGrath Announces Retirement
RVDA-RVIA Technician Certification Program Registrar Isabel McGrath has announced that she will retire this month after 16 years of service to the RV industry.
During her tenure, McGrath handled certification applications, test scheduling, and issued credentials for the program, which was recently dissolved due to the formation of the National RV Technical Institute.
“Isabel has been the friendly, patient voice serving thousands of technicians and their supervisors as she guided them through the various steps toward certification,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “She has been a joy to work with since 2004 and we will miss her calm and steady professionalism on the staff.”
McGrath worked under five different chairmen of the RVDA-RVIA RV Service Technician Certification Governing Board.
McGrath said she is looking forward to spending more time with her family during retirement.
