SeaSucker Touts Newly Designed Kitchen Station
SeaSucker announced the launch of its newly designed Kitchen Station 2.0.
Many of today’s RVers and overlanders enjoy preparing gourmet meals, no matter how far off the grid they may be, but preparation space is often limited. The newly redesigned Kitchen Station 2.0 solves this problem, SeaSucker said. Mounted temporarily inside or outside an RV, camper van, 4×4 or overlander rig, the unique accessory provides a solid and durable 2.2-square-foot surface to cut, chop, prepare and serve.
Made in the USA, the Kitchen Station 2.0 is made from durable FDA- and USDA-approved StarBoard. It installs on any nonporous vertical surface with three 4.5-inch SeaSucker Vacuum Mounts for a combined holding strength of 360 pounds. The 20-inch by 16-inch top has milled slots for holding knives and tools and for hanging towels. The optional Extension provides over 3.5 square feet of countertop space.
Because of the premium material used, maintaining the Kitchen Station 2.0 is no different from cleaning a kitchen chopping board, the company said. Stainless steel hardware ensures a long, trouble-free service life. The entire assembly breaks down quickly for easy storage and doubles for tailgating, trunk-or-treating and other party atmospheres when not camping.
The SeaSucker Basic Kitchen 2.0 lists for $225; with the Extension, it’s $275. A companion Sink Station with 2.5-gallon basin is $175.
