Sobel University has updated its online course grading system. With the updates in technology, turn-around time for grading and live one-on-one coaching will be more available and effective, the organization stated.
“Simply log into Sobel University, watch one of over 300 training sessions, and answer quiz questions for comprehension. It’s really that easy,” said Randy Sobel, president of Sobel University. “As we go into the fall and winter many dealers rededicate their efforts toward training for the next season. More dealers have tied education to compensation to insure follow-through and an increased sales capacity. These changes to our system allow our advisors to give salespeople the guidance they need to find their next pay raise.”
