Texan RV Park & Campus Names New General Manager

Texan RV Park & Campus

The Texan RV Park and Campus, home of the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA), announced the appointment of Heather Bradley as the new general manager.

Bradley brings a unique blend of leadership, community-building and hospitality skills, honed through years of experience in ministry, to her new role at the park.

After dedicating much of her life to full-time ministry, where she focused on building communities, providing guidance and fostering connections, Bradley has seamlessly transitioned into the world of RV park management, the park said. Her ministry experience has instilled in her a deep understanding of the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment — a skill set that is directly applicable to managing an RV park where guests seek not only a place to stay but also a sense of belonging.

“Stepping into this role at The Texan RV Park and Campus feels like a natural extension of the work I’ve done in ministry,” Bradley said. “Just as in ministry, where it was important to create a supportive and connected community, my focus here is on building a team that is committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests and students. We’re not just managing an RV park; we’re creating a home away from home for people who travel from all over the country.”

Bradley’s leadership style emphasizes teamwork, cross-training and continuous improvement among the staff, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for. She understands that, much like a congregation, the RV community thrives on strong relationships and shared experiences. Under her guidance, The Texan RV Park and Campus is poised to become an even more vibrant and connected community, it said.

As Bradley and her husband, Kelly Bradley, NRVTA chief operations officer, embrace the new chapter as empty nesters, she remains passionate about her online social media ministry and podcast, which continue to inspire and connect people. Her dedication to serving others, whether through spiritual guidance or providing a memorable RV experience, remains at the heart of everything she does.

The Texan RV Park and Campus, located in Athens, Texas, is more than just an RV park — it’s a hub for RV enthusiasts and home to the National RV Training Academy. With Bradley at the helm, guests and students alike can look forward to a warm, welcoming environment where they can learn, relax and connect.
