Tiffin Motorhomes announced that Cornerstone Luxury Coach, a new standalone luxury motorhome brand based in Red Bay, Alabama, will see its public-facing debut at America’s Largest RV Show in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Sept. 16-20. A prototype was shown in June to a small group of people. Attendees at the Hershey RV show will be the first to see the first production unit.
Created for discerning motorhome owners who expect uncompromising luxury, engineering and craftsmanship, Cornerstone Luxury Coach will make its Hershey debut with its first model, the Cornerstone Series 6, featuring the 645D floorplan. Cornerstone Luxury Coach is built around a philosophy that luxury should be incorporated into the coach from the beginning rather than added as a collection of options, Tiffin Motorhomes said in a release.
“We created Cornerstone Luxury Coach to establish a different standard for the luxury motorcoach customer,” said Austin Kelley, Tiffin Group’s director of marketing. “The Cornerstone Series 6 combines the engineering and craftsmanship Tiffin is known for with a completely new level of exclusivity, personalization and attention to detail. What customers will see in Hershey is the beginning of a new chapter for luxury motorhomes.”
Two Cornerstone Series 6 coaches will be on display at the Hershey RV Show, giving attendees an opportunity to experience two distinctly different expressions of the same coach. Each will feature a unique exterior paint scheme, while the interiors will highlight two different design directions. One coach will showcase modern interior decor, while the second will demonstrate the brand’s traditional decor option, illustrating the range of personalization available to Cornerstone Series 6 owners, the company said.
At the foundation of every Cornerstone Luxury Coach is the PowerGlide chassis, Tiffin’s custom-engineered platform designed to deliver a composed ride, confident handling and enhanced serviceability. The Series 6 also features PowerDrive, Tiffin’s electronically assisted steering technology engineered specifically for the PowerGlide chassis. PowerDrive continuously responds to driving conditions, helping provide precise steering, reduced driver effort and improved control on highways, during crosswinds and through tight turns.
Together, PowerGlide and PowerDrive help make the Cornerstone Series 6 one of the smoothest-driving coaches on the road, Tiffin said.
Cornerstone Luxury Coach also introduces True-Frame wall construction, engineered to provide a stronger, quieter and better-insulated coach structure. The multi-layer wall system incorporates a gel-coated fiberglass exterior, aluminum tubing frame, insulation, plywood and a decorative interior panel. The result is a more substantial structure designed to reduce outside noise, improve insulation and provide a more solid ride.
The Cornerstone Series 6 645D brings together residential-inspired luxury and purposeful engineering, including quad slides, panoramic gallery windows, genuine leather furniture, a flush-floor tile shower, Wolf induction cooking and Aqua-Hot 600D, the company said. Many of these premium features are included as standard equipment, rather than being offered as costly individual options.
That philosophy extends beyond the ownership experience. By incorporating a significant number of premium features into the standard specification, Cornerstone Luxury Coach is designed to provide owners with a stronger overall value proposition and help support higher trade-in value when it is time to move into their next coach.
Exclusivity is also fundamental to the Cornerstone Luxury Coach brand, Tiffin said. For model year 2027, only 15 Cornerstone Series 6 coaches will be produced, with each coach individually numbered. Coaches will be available for purchase at the Hershey RV show, giving attendees a rare opportunity to become owners of the limited series product.
“Cornerstone Series 6 is intentionally limited,” said Kelley. “We believe that exclusivity should be real, not simply a marketing phrase. Numbering each coach and limiting production allows us to give every Cornerstone Series 6 a level of attention and craftsmanship that simply isn’t possible with mass production.”
