Toronto Show Attendance Increases to 25,000
The Canadian Recreational Vehicle Association (CRVA) recently reported that its solely owned Toronto Spring Camping and RV Show, which ended March 3, set record attendance reaching under 25,000 attendees during the four-day show held at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.
“We are hopeful the 10 percent increase in attendance over 2018 and reported increased retail figures from our dealer exhibitors is indicative of good things ahead and will be a bellwether for the 2019 season,” said Shane Devenish, CRVA’s president.
“There are so many shows in the Toronto area now, it has really become increasingly imperative to be unique and look at different ways to provide a good and memorable experience for attendees,” said Shannon O’Callaghan, CRVA’s show director. “We were really fortunate, though, to have good weather and an increased number of TV, radio and print media cover the show. … Combined, we maybe had 40 segments that showcased a really large number of dealers and RV models which really helped to give us great exposure.”
The Toronto Spring Camping and RV Show would like to thank Go RVing Canada for its online and social support of their event and for helping to #BringBackWildhood to its attendees.
