What’s All the Buzz About Drab To Fab?
The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), an organization dedicated to fostering the next generation of RV industry leaders and innovators, is not having its usual Coffee, Lunch and Learn event this week, as some of its leadership has traveled to Elkhart, Ind., for what would have been the start of Open House Week this coming Monday.
The weekly program will continue next week, Sept. 25, as the RVWA will present an update on its “Drab to Fab” project.
Drab to Fab is a project aimed at bringing women from different sectors of the RV industry together in a collaborative rebuild of a pre-owned travel trailer.
“This project is going to unite our membership and industry around a shared goal, inspire women to get out of their comfort zone and literally break down walls, recruit new women into the RV industry, and develop new skills in project volunteers,” said Susan Carpenter, RV Women’s Alliance President. “I can’t wait to share more information with our members on this amazing project!”
Carpenter, Tracy Anglemeyer, RVWA special projects chair, and and Jordyn Foos, board vice president, will update attendees next Friday on the following topics:
- What’s in it for RVWA?
- What’s in it for organizations and individuals?
- What’s in it for the industry?
Coffee, Lunch and Learn takes place at noon ET on Friday, Sept. 25. Click here to register.
