Merger and acquisitions advisory firm Wyndham Capital is opening an office in northern Indiana to better serve its RV and manufactured housing wholesale, retail and supplier clients. The new office is expected to open June 1 in South Bend.
“We have been contacted recently by several firms in the industry and we feel the need to ‘get closer’ to where the action is,” Mark Sage, Wyndham Capital managing director said in announcing the new office, which will be located at 1657 Commerce Drive, Suite 9B in South Bend.
Since 1978, Wyndham Capital has been involved in nine RV/MH industry-related transactions, including RV maker TrailManor’s acquisition by a religious community, Born Free Motorhomes acquisition by a Chinese bank, Elixir Industry’s acquisition of a Shipshewana, Ind., warehouse distribution facility, and the separate sales of manufactured housing companies Chariot Eagle and Lexington Homes to strategic acquirers.
The northern Indiana office will be Wyndham’s sixth office. Through the company’s five existing offices, Wyndham Capital said it has initiated a total of 474 transactions in multiple industries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia with aggregate transaction values of more than $5 billion dollars.
