Jen leads cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing and operations teams to protect product availability, cost competitiveness and customer responsiveness.
She also manages key OEM accounts, supports new product development and leads forecasting and demand planning efforts that impact how the business performs in real time. Jen brings structure to fast-moving challenges, connecting the dots between data, customer insight and execution.
She champions a culture focused on accountability, innovation and customer experience. She applies proven change management methodologies to drive alignment and momentum across teams to shift entrenched processes into more agile, customer-centric practices.
