Thor Motor Coach (TMC) plans to introduce several new models and unveil a variety of upgrades to existing models during Open House. TMC says its objective is to explore affordable options while still offering modern designs and innovations in its motorhomes.
“For 2025, there are a number of new features inspired by feedback from our current owners,” says Jon Krider, vice president of marketing and product development.
TMC reports that its traditional Class Cs, Axis and Vegas RUVs (recreational utility vehicles), plus Dazzle and Twist Class B vans had robust sales during the past year. The company hopes to build on that momentum with new offerings. Modern interior and exterior designs, more standard content throughout all model lines and innovative new floorplans will all be featured at its display at the RV/MH Hall of Fame.
Among the trends are new paint packages with edgier designs, which are replacing traditional swoops and swirls for motorhome exteriors. All 2025 traditional Class C gas motorhomes now include a 100-watt solar charging system, a 15,000-Btu air conditioner, soft-close cabinet drawer guides and modernized furniture styling.
Many models are receiving new optional theater seating with power controls, new partial- and full-body paints, and stealth blackout packages for many of the Super C and diesel pusher models.
TMC will debut four new models for 2025:
- The Four Winds 19Z Class C, which TMC describes as “extremely affordable,” features a floorplan with a lot of open space and many windows aimed at creating a bright and open feeling.
- The Gemini GO 22MT Class C features a huge rear garage, capable of carrying mountain bikes, kayaks, fishing poles or kid’s toys. The full bathroom is spacious with an overhead skylight offering a view of the nighttime sky.
- The Aria 3702 diesel pusher adds a new short floorplan to the lineup with the 3702. Although it is shorter, it still maintains modern and livable living spaces, a large kitchen, a king bed and dual fireplaces.
- Pasadena 38XL Super C — Super Cs appeal to consumers wanting the power of a diesel engine and plenty of towing capacity. This bath-and-a-half bunk model offers a lot for families, but the bunks can be converted to wardrobes if needed.

New floorplans will be among the highlights for the Axis 26.2 Class A, the Compass 24JG Class C and the Sanctuary 24A Class B. The new 2025 floorplan for Axis 26.2 sleeps four, provides lots of closet space and has convenient twin beds that can convert into a king-size bed.
New Features
TMC is also introducing several new standard features on several models. SmoothTech ride enhancement will be included in all Class Cs built on the Ford E-series and Chevy chassis. SmoothTech adds rubber compression springs to the rear suspension shackle, allowing extended spring travel and reduced suspension harshness. TMC says the enhanced cushioning and absorption of road bumps can reduce driver fatigue.
The company says its new system differs from offerings of other manufacturers, which don’t address the comfort of driving, nor soften the impact of expansion joints or potholes on roads.
Another feature is the Touch N’ Go control panel, available only on the Ford E-Series chassis. This system allows users to check tank levels, manage the generator’s Automatic Generator Start (AGS), use the emergency start switch and operate slideout controls. The system also offers keyless entry capabilities, accessible through Bluetooth-enabled devices.
All 2025 diesel pushers will be equipped with the Winegard ConnecT 5.0 — a versatile system that doubles as a Wi-Fi router, 5G hotspot and TV antenna.
TMC’s Palazzo GT, Riviera, Aria, Pasadena and Inception products will all receive the new Winegard ConnecT 5G antenna for 2025.
Models built on the Mercedes Sprinter now feature the 4500 Series chassis. The increased gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the 4500 provides more cargo-carrying capacity. The Four Winds, Chateau, Quantum, Delano and Tiburon buyers will see a significant increase in space for food, people and clothes with the new chassis.
