The RV Industry Association (RVIA) is set to host two days of impactful networking, leadership development and motivational speakers at the 2025 Leadership Conference.
The event is scheduled for March 4-6, 2025, at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona. Attendees will participate in enriching and thoughtful workshops and experience inspiring speakers such as Molly McPherson, the association said.
McPherson is renowned for transforming chaos into control. By day, she is a leading crisis communication strategist while also moonlighting as TikTok’s “PR Lady” to a half-million followers.

During the Leadership Conference, the session with McPherson will feature a sit down one-on-one with Monika Geraci, the RVIA’s director of PR and communications. They will discuss the importance of brand reputation and how best to manage it during PR challenges.
This will be followed by a 90-minute workshop where McPherson will help the industry with proven strategies to manage online backlash. Attendees will discover how to spot escalating social media crises and tackle them head-on to safeguard their brand’s reputation. They’ll walk away with insider tips and powerful insights to take control when everything feels out of control, RVIA said.
