What has it meant to work in the RV industry this long?

I believe the best thing about the RV industry has been the friendships that have been made throughout the years. The industry has gone through so many changes (i.e., manufacturers merging, dealerships merging, the style of the units) but the friendships have always been there. I look forward to the future of the industry and where it takes us all as well as the additional friendships that I create!

What advice would do you have for younger people just starting their careers?

My thoughts for the younger generation coming into the industry is more for the veterans of the industry — we need to pass on our knowledge. We have learned so much through the years, and it’s things that aren’t written down — they are locked in our heads. Pass this advice on, and help the newcomers thrive in this wonderful industry … The RV industry is about fun and family, and if we keep this in mind, it will continue to grow.
