What has it meant to work in the RV industry this long?
Reflecting on my 36 years in the RV industry, I am filled with a deep sense of pride and accomplishment. Working at Thetford has been more than just a career; it has been a journey of innovation, collaboration and growth. From the early days of developing new chemical formulations to enhance the RV experience, to witnessing the evolution of the industry, every moment has been incredibly rewarding. The RV community is unique, and being part of a team that contributes to making travel more comfortable and enjoyable has been a true honor.
What advice do you have for those just starting their careers?
Starting a career is an exciting and sometimes daunting journey. Having spent 36 years in the RV industry, I’ve learned a few things that I hope can guide you as you embark on your professional path:
