Overland Expo Mountain West returns to Loveland, Colorado, Aug. 22-24. Mountain West has quickly become a can’t-miss gathering for adventurers from across North America, bringing together top gear innovators, seasoned travelers and thousands of enthusiasts for a weekend of inspiration, education and community, event coordinators said in a release.
More than 350 exhibitors and over 175 hours of educational programming, including classes, demos and roundtables, await attendees across the three-day event. From recovery techniques to content creation and backcountry culinary skills, Overland Expo Mountain West offers hands-on learning for everyone from first-timers to experienced overlanders.

A Growing Legacy in the Rockies
Founded in 2021, Overland Expo Mountain West was created to bring the overlanding community together in the heart of Colorado’s Front Range. The event quickly established itself as a hub for education, community connection and gear discovery, complementing Overland Expo’s long-standing events in the West, PNW and East.
Located just north of Denver, Loveland offers easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and countless alpine trails, making it the perfect basecamp for a weekend of exploration and inspiration.
Event Highlights for Overland Expo Mountain West 2025 Include:
- RAM Ride & Drive (All Weekend): Experience the power and capability of RAM trucks on an off-road course running throughout the event. Expert guides will walk you through the technology and features that help RAM tackle tough terrain.
- Moto Party + Raffle (Friday, Aug. 22, 7-9 p.m.): Sponsored by Rider Justice, this beloved community event brings moto adventurers together for prizes, drinks, and storytelling.

- Women Who Wander Fireside Chat & Networking (Saturday, Aug. 23, 6-8 p.m.): A dedicated space for female overlanders to connect, share experiences, and inspire each other.

Camping & Tickets
Camping on-site at Overland Expo Mountain West offers an immersive way to experience the event and to be fully immersed in the community that makes it special. Attendees can set up camp just steps away from classes, exhibitors and evening events to maximize their time learning, connecting and exploring.
