Airxcel Announces Leadership Changes at Cleer Vision & Velarium

Airxcel, Inc. has announced a strategic reorganization of its leadership team for its brands Cleer Vision — comprised of three divisions including Cleer Vision Windows, Cleer Vision Doors and Cleer Vision Tempered Glass — and Velarium. The new unified approach harnesses the talent and proven leadership within the brands, strengthening key positions to further accelerate Airxcel’s ambitious growth trajectory, the company said.CV VM Leadership Changes

This initiative underscores Airxcel’s commitment to growing in bold yet deliberate ways, while investing in what truly sets the company apart: its people, according to a release from Airxcel. By elevating experienced team members and fostering collaboration across brands, Airxcel said it continues to build a foundation for sustained excellence and industry leadership.

Within Cleer Vision, a supplier of windows, baggage doors and tempered glass solutions for the RV industry, and Velarium, a premier supplier of RV awnings and accessories, the following leadership appointments will take effect as of Sept. 1.

  • Jimmy Harlow has been named general manager for both Cleer Vision and Velarium. Harlow has served as general manager for Cleer Vision’s three divisions since October 2023 and will now bring his leadership and operational expertise to a broader portfolio.
  • Marc Disher has been appointed product manager for both Cleer Vision and Velarium, expanding upon his successful tenure assales manager for Cleer Vision. Disher brings a strong sales acumen to his new, broader role.
  • Jeff Cowan has been promoted to senior vice president of sales and engineering for Cleer Vision and Velarium. Formerly the business unit manager for Velarium, Cowan will now leverage his product and industry knowledge to drive innovation and growth across multiple brands.
