Ranger Distribution announced the promotion of two valued team members as part of the company’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.
Ben Jones, one of founders of Ranger Distribution, has been promoted to vice president of sales and product development. In his new role, Jones will oversee the strategic direction of sales initiatives and drive innovation in product development. Since the early days of the company, he has been instrumental in building strong customer relationships, expanding market share and leading product enhancements that have positioned Ranger Distribution for long-term growth.
Mike Steele has been promoted to sales manager. Steele, who has consistently exceeded performance expectations, will now lead the sales team in delivering customer-focused solutions and strengthening Ranger Distribution’s presence in the marketplace. His leadership, dedication and results-driven approach make him a strong addition to the management team.
