DigniFi, a leading FinTech company specializing in access to automobile, powersports and RV repair financing, announced the appointment of Jefim Piekarz as chief product officer. Jefim brings over 20 years of experience across FinTech, SaaS and digital marketplaces.
Piekarz will lead DigniFi’s Product and Engineering organizations, overseeing product strategy, technology development, and innovation to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Piekarz joins DigniFi following his leadership roles at Octane Lending, Etsy and LogMeIn, where he helped launch and scale Xively, an IoT platform acquired by Google for $75 million.

Piekarz is known for his collaborative, people-first leadership approach, and he focuses on empowering teams, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Piekarz holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He will be based in New York and reports directly to CEO Neeraj Mehta.
