Blue Compass RV Announces Leadership Additions & Promotions
Blue Compass RV announced a series of key leadership appointments and internal promotions designed to accelerate growth, sharpen execution and elevate customer experience across its nationwide footprint.

Brian Feldman, Senior Vice President, Sales Operations
Brian Feldman has been appointed senior vice president, sales operations. Feldman will lead technology, marketing, inventory and RV sales operations for Blue Compass, reporting to Jon Ferrando. Feldman brings more than 20 years of automotive retail experience, including deep expertise across retail technology, marketing, new and used sales operations, e-commerce, inventory, pricing and customer experience. Most recently, Feldman served as chief operating officer of AutoCanada, a $6 billion auto retailer with 64 dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade with AutoNation, the largest auto retailer in the United States, where he held numerous senior sales and leadership roles.
Chris Johnson, Vice President Used RV Sales
Blue Compass RV also welcomes Chris Johnson as vice president, used RV sales. Johnson will lead the company’s used RV sales strategy and execution with a focus on inventory, sales performance, pricing discipline, process and results, reporting to Feldman. Johnson has 12 years of RV industry experience including leading inventory management at a major national RV dealer group. His data-driven focus and leadership will play a critical role in unlocking additional growth and profitability in the used business while also contributing to new and used inventory merchandising, pricing and transport logistics.
Elisha Bendele, President, Motor Home Specialist (MHS)
Elisha Bendele has been named president, Motor Home Specialist. Bendele took over leadership of MHS from Donny O’Banion last year and led a seamless transition while implementing key operational improvements to drive continued success and growth at MHS, the largest motor home dealership in the world. He also led the expansion of the MHS footprint with the opening of Motor Home Specialist of Alabama. Bendele has served Blue Compass RV in marketing and sales, along with key leadership roles as GM and market leader over multiple dealerships.
Nolan O’Bannon — General Manager, Motor Home Specialist
Nolan O’Bannon has been named GM of Motor Home Specialist. O’Bannon brings a strong track record in motor home sales, most recently serving as general sales manager of MHS since September 2024. O’Bannon will continue to report to Bendele, working with the talented MHS team to grow the business in 2026 and beyond.
Dominic Caputo — Vice President, Inventory Management
Dominic Caputo has been promoted to vice president, inventory management, reporting to Feldman. Previously serving as director of inventory management, Caputo has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s new RV inventory processes and deepening OEM relationships to secure an industry-leading product lineup. In his new role, he will continue to lead the new RV inventory management team to optimize stock levels and product mix.
Peter Beckingham — Senior Regional F&I Director
Peter Beckingham has been promoted to senior regional F&I director. With nearly six years of experience at Blue Compass RV, Beckingham has consistently delivered strong results and process execution in various F&I leadership roles. He has supported the tremendous performance and success of Blue Compass RV’s RV Complete products and finance options offered to its customers. In this expanded capacity, he will support F&I performance across the North and Southeast regions, while partnering closely with Vice President of F&I Kurt Hornung on company-wide key initiatives to drive continued success in F&I.
