Liquified is officially becoming Prime RV. The rebrand, announced at the Hershey RV Show, brings Liquified, exterior care line Liquishine and a new addition, Gravity, together under a single name. Alongside the rebrand, Prime RV is launching its first product outside tank and exterior care: the Gravity 20-Foot Premium Sewer Hose Kit.
Prime RV traces back to a YouTube channel. Founder Matt Foxcroft, host of Matt’s RV Reviews built Liquified to be the one that actually did the job, and RVers noticed, the company said. The brand grew the way word gets around a campground: RVer to RVer, rig to rig, without a big ad budget behind it.
“Liquified earned RVers’ trust one recommendation at a time, with no ad budget behind it. Prime RV is us putting that same standard in front of everything we make, starting with a hose that won’t let you down at the worst possible moment,” said Matt Foxcroft, founder and CEO of Prime RV.
“Premium isn’t a price tag, it’s standing behind what you sell,” said Wil Knowles, co-founder and COO of Prime RV. “That’s the whole idea behind the Prime Promise: if your Gravity hose fails under normal use, we replace it. No fine print.”
Gravity is Prime RV’s answer to one of the most common complaints in the RV world, the company said: hoses that kink, split or slip off mid-dump at the worst possible moment. The Gravity 20-Foot Premium Sewer Hose Kit is built from 24 mil TPE, a heavier-duty material than the thin PVC used in most sewer hoses, with reinforced connection points for a secure, leak-resistant seal and a clear elbow so RVers can see what’s happening at the hookup.
“We built our name on people trusting us with the least glamorous job in RVing,” said Jen Knowles, VP of marketing at Prime RV. “Gravity is us doing that again, for the part of the process everybody dreads the most: the hose itself. It’s the same team, the same standards, just a bigger toolbox now.”
The Gravity 20-Foot Premium Sewer Hose Kit is available starting today at primerv.com for $89.99, its regular price. As a launch special, every kit comes with a free bottle of Liquified RV Tank Treatment and a free bottle of Liquishine Wash & Wax included at no extra cost. The kit sold steadily through a pre-order period ahead of launch, with waitlist interest continuing to grow into September.
Prime RV’s rebrand and the Gravity launch go live Sept. 16 at primerv.com, coinciding with the opening day of the Hershey RV Show, one of the RV industry’s largest annual gatherings.
