Upcoming RVDA Con/Expo Discussion Will Target F&I Strategies
The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) will host a presentation and interactive discussion to help RV dealers create more meaningful F&I conversations while maintaining a strong focus on dealership performance and profitability.
The 30-minute program on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 2 p.m. Eastern will feature Bill Koster, a 30-year RV industry professional who will provide practical strategies which dealers and F&I managers can use to move beyond a product-focused presentation and create a more consultative customer experience.
RVDA members can register to attend by clicking here.
“F&I is an important part of the RV buying experience, but customers don’t want to feel like they’ve simply moved from one sales presentation to another,” said Koster. “This session will explore how dealers can make F&I more relevant to the customer while still creating meaningful opportunities for the dealership.”
Attendees can expect the following topics to be discussed:
- How F&I managers can remain persistent without making customers feel pressured
- What questions F&I managers should ask before discussing vehicle protection options with customers
- How customer RV usage and ownership plans can influence decisions
“Making F&I less transactional doesn’t mean making it less effective,” Koster said. “It means making the conversation more relevant, more educational and more connected to the customer’s actual RV ownership experience.”
