Waldvogel Commercial Properties has leased 1259 E. Main Street in Salem, Va., to American Family RV.
Headquartered in Chesapeake, Va., American Family RV opened its doors in 2012. Salem, the dealership’s second location, with more than 21,000 square feet of showroom, office and service area on 8 acres will provide room for more than 200 RVs.
Product lines like Grand Design, Nexus, Gulfstream, Fleetwood, Livin’ Lite and Coachman will be offered.
The property was previously the site of Dominion Dodge.
