MCD, a division of Airxcel, has appointed Pamelyn Woodard as HR manager for Dicor Corp. and MCD.
Woodard brings more than 15 years of strategic human resources experience along with an extensive background within the manufacturing environment. In previous roles, Woodard was responsible for handling core competencies, such as, workforce planning and organizational development, recruitment and retention, performance management, employee relations and change management. She has been a part of many employee-focused initiatives that have driven organizational results.
An experienced HR manager, Woodard previously worked for Tetra Pak in Denton Texas as the factory HR manager. Before that she was the senior human resource analyst for Carrier Corp. In her new role, Woodard will plan, direct and coordinate the HR programs and policies of Dicor Corp. and MCD as they apply to safety, employee relations and staffing levels.

Woodard will be located at MCD in McKinney, Texas.
