Ranger Distribution has added Frank Espitia and Duncan Boone to its team.
Espitia has been involved in the RV industry for more than 15 years, gaining a wide range of experience including: RV production, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehouse management.
“Frank has a history of building solid relationships with everyone he works with from the salespeople to warehouse employees, all the way thru to the customer,” said John Curran, CEO of Ranger Distribution. “He’s a perfect fit for our core values and will be a great anchor for the entire team at RDI as our warehouse manager.”
Boone has worked in the RV industry since well before his graduation from Indiana University in 2018. While working on his bachelor’s degree within marketing, he had many internships with Lippert Components that have prepared him for RDI.
“Duncan is young, energetic and more experienced than his years would indicate,” said Curran. “We know that to make a difference in our industry we need to be committed to bringing on more young talent. Our customers will feel his and our company’s energy and authenticity when they engage with Duncan. We are excited about his future with RDI.”
