Gulf Stream Coach to Resume Production
Gulf Stream Coach announced that it plans to resume production operations May 4 at all facilities in Nappanee and Etna Green, Ind. Production volume will be staged over the coming weeks to take into account any limitations in the supply chain.
“We recognize the necessity of the sacrifices that American businesses and workers have made to contain the coronavirus, and as that effort evolves, we think that the people of Gulf Stream Coach can be a positive force in rebuilding the economic vitality of our area,” said Gulf Stream Coach President Phil Sarvari.
The return to work comes following the implementation of new policies and procedures to maintain appropriate social distancing, enhance sanitation in the workplace, and safeguard the health of all team members.
“As the country gains ground against the threat of disease, we are eager to provide the products and services needed by our dealers and their customers,” said Sarvari. “Furthermore, we know how important returning to work is for our dedicated employees, their families, and the local community. … After weeks of sacrifice, it’s time to restore and reinvigorate the benefits and opportunities Gulf Stream Coach can provide for our employees, our customers and the community.”
