Go RVing Connects with Memphis Consumers, Travel Writers
Earlier this month, the Go RVing PR team participated in TravelCon in Memphis, Tenn., where it said hundreds of travel writers learned more about the many ways RVing is relevant to their audiences.
Central to the booth at TravelCon was a Little Guy Max teardrop trailer provided by Bankston RV.
“From the interest we received, it is clear that those in the travel industry are very enthusiastic about RVing,” said RV Industry Association director of public relations and communications, Monika Geraci. “We were able to talk to hundreds of travel writers, many who have either already experienced RVing or are looking to try RVing for the first time.”
Meeting with travel writers and influencers is one of the ways the Go RVing team is able to reach diverse and niche audiences with the message that RVing is for everyone.
At the same time, a few miles down the road, the Go RVing team also had an experiential event at the Beale Street Music Festival. Experiential events are a core part of Go RVing’s strategy to expose diverse audiences to RVing and an active outdoor lifestyle in an unexpected setting. They provide consumers with real-world opportunities to directly engage with RVs. Over the course of three days, over one thousand consumers toured the two RVs provided by Great American RV SuperStores.
