At the RV Industry Association (RVIA) Leadership Conference Wednesday, the first graduating class from the Emerging Leaders Coalition was recognized.
According to the RVIA, “the Emerging Leaders Coalition was formed out of the Emerging Leaders Task Force with the intent to strengthen industry unity, identify and develop emerging leaders, promote involvement and participation within the association, and ensure the development of great stewards throughout the industry.”
The inaugural class was inducted between 2021-2022 and their contributions helped shape the direction of the coalition during its early years, the RVIA said in its recent newsletter.
