Cassie joined the Winnebago Inclusion Network (WIN) for its education and networking opportunities. She also enjoys the chance to mentor people who are newer to the industry.

“In October 2023, after going to the symposium in Chicago, I joined the Grand Design WIN Leadership Team,” Cassie says, referring to the RVWA’s Educational Symposium. “This has been a great way to join in and be a part of the planning side of the program. I have been in the industry for over 30 years and have seen the roles of women grow immensely from when I started.”

What else would you like others to know about Cassie?

Cassie is a leader in the Community Go initiative and spends hours directing volunteer activities. She is actively involved in the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program and worked with the Marine Corps and the State Department to provide toys for Ukrainian refugees in Estonia.

“I had been on a Board of Charitable Causes in my past. However, since being here at Grand Design, I have had more ability to join different causes and projects, such as barn building at Five Star, toy drives for Ukraine, Toys for Tots and projects for The Boys and Girls Club,” Cassie says. “Winnebago and Grand Design have a program called Community Go that brings us great volunteer opportunities and matches donations to causes. This has really been a great way to get people excited to help. I truly believe that what you put out there in the world comes back to you, and it feels much better to know that you have done whatever you could to make a positive difference.”
