2026 Women in Business: Bree Underhill

Account Manager | UFP Factory Built

In describing Bree Underhill’s approach to her work in the RV industry, one nominator writes, “Bree recognizes that challenges are unavoidable — what separates professionals is how they respond.

“Rather than giving up or becoming discouraged, she uses setbacks and feedback as fuel. She resets, brings a fresh perspective and focuses on solutions that create value for her customers. That resilience and solution-driven-mindset have strengthened her relationships, accelerated her growth and become a hallmark of her leadership style,” her nominator says.

As the primary liaison between customers and UFP, Bree is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product adoption and building long-term partnerships with manufacturers.

Some of her key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating pricing and programs, coordinating with operations to ensure reliable delivery and resolving service issues quickly.

“She balances growth with operational execution by maintaining accurate forecasts, aligning inventory and credit and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent results.”

Bree has been a big part of the work to educate OEM partners on the BRAWN family of products and helping manufacturers adopt technologies that improve durability and performance.

She was a key contributor and advocate of the BRAWN Plated Wall System in partnership with Shasta RV. The wall system replaces traditional hand-built walls with a stronger, more consistent structure. Her leadership helped bring the innovation to market and drove adoption with OEMs.

Through hard work and dedication, Bree has delivered measurable impact reflected in consistent growth in market share and sales, significantly expanding her book of business year over year.

“Her drive to win new opportunities and deepen existing partnerships has directly translated into sustained revenue growth and stronger positioning in the RV market.”

Bree cares about people, too. Her nominator writes that she shares knowledge freely, encourages collaboration and helps create an environment where others feel supported and confident.

“Beyond the numbers, Bree sets an exceptional professional standard through her work ethic, preparation and attitude,” her nominator says. “She brings positive energy that strengthens the group dynamic and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing culture. Her results and leadership make her a key driver of both organizational growth and team success.”

Bree’s advice for up-and-coming women in the RV industry:

Stay committed, passionate and focused. Never forget to have fun while doing it! Always ask questions. This industry is great and has so many amazing people that are willing to connect and help you grow.

What it means to Bree to be a Women in Business honoree:

It is an honor to be chosen as one of the Women in Business honorees. I love this industry and am grateful to be a part of it.
