Last fall, Air Lift Company unveiled the Air Lift 1000 HDTM, a heavy-duty coil spring insert, designed to provide extra load support when towing or hauling. Now, the aftermarket air suspension specialists have made the suspension solution available for the 2019 RAM 1500.
The Air Lift 1000 HD (P/N 60828HD) load support kit is Air Lift’s heaviest-duty coil spring insert, according to the company, providing up to 2,100 pounds of load-leveling capabilities. These custom-molded polyurethane air springs are simply inserted into the rear coil springs, no vehicle modifications required.
Air Lift 1000 HD works with the RAM’s existing suspension and levels the load to help with squat and improve braking.
The Air Lift 1000 HD system air springs can be adjusted anywhere from 5 to 50 PSI, making them completely customizable depending on the weight of the load.
