AL-KO To Open Customer & Training Center in the UK

AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group announced its plans to open a customer and training center in the United Kingdom in March 2025. The company is thus expanding its European network of customer centers to a total of nine sites.

“The new customer center allows us to expand our service offering for the whole of the UK,” said Guido Kovermann, senior vice president sales leisure at AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group. “The new site is perfectly in line with our ambitious plans to expand our aftermarket business across Europe for even more customer proximity. AL-KO already offers its aftersales services in customer centers in Sweden, Austria, Italy, France and Benelux as well as at three sites in Germany.”

Adam Betteridge, UK aftermarket sales manager, said, “The site is located in Southam/Warwickshire, adjacent to our busy production facility. Thanks to the close collaboration, we can benefit from that synergy and reduce our administrative expenses. This gives us more time to give our customers even more in-depth support and to expand our range of services. With a fully kitted out workshop, showroom and comfortable waiting area, AL-KO UK really are putting their customers front and center.”

Opening in March 2025, AL-KO has committed a significant investment into its center in a bid to provide direct repairs, consultations and accessory installations along with an in-house training facility for its growing dealer network. Having taken on two brand-new build industrial units close to its production facility, AL-KO UK said it is looking forward to welcoming customers to have their repairs and installations carried out in a warm and welcoming environment.

The customer center is selling and fitting the products of the group brands AL-KO, E&P, CBE and SAWIKO, including towbars, bicycle and motorbike carriers, levelling systems, air suspensions, maneuvering systems, anti-swaying systems and solar cells. In addition, it will operate the brand-new leisure vehicle dealership training academy that will provide certified product and service training to leisure vehicle service technicians across the UK.
