Camping World Closes Purchase of Wisconsin Lazydays

Camping World Holdings announced that it has closed on the asset purchase of Lazydays in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The company expects to close on additional locations in the coming weeks.

Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World, commented, “The acquisition of the Sturtevant location is a significant accomplishment for our company. We have long been fans of the location’s original founder, Tim Wegge, and the Burlington RV brand prior to the Lazydays acquisition. We know that Tim built strong processes with great people and look forward to resurrecting this location’s market dominance.”
