Dometic announced it recently promoted Charity McGuire to regional sales manager (SAM), supporting Land Vehicles Americas (LVA) customers across the Midwest — a role that reflects her steady growth within the company over the past four years.
McGuire originally joined Dometic in customer experience on the OE side before moving into an inside sales specialist position with the SAM team. Since then, she’s become a trusted resource across the dealer network, known for her responsiveness, product knowledge and customer-first approach, Dometic said.
Her promotion is also a strong example of internal career development at Dometic, growing from customer support into sales leadership while building strong relationships throughout the industry.
When asked what motivates her most, McGuire said, “Every time I receive an email back from a customer thanking me or telling me they are so pleased with the help they received from me, I count that as a memorable achievement. Knowing I played a part in making someone’s day go smoother or resolving an issue in a timely manner makes it all worthwhile!”

Outside of work, McGuire is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys kayaking, hiking, geocaching and bird watching throughout Northern Indiana.
