Fantasy RV Tours recently named Stacey Rabung as its president.
As president, Rabung will oversee the company’s overall leadership, strategic direction and operational performance. She has been with Fantasy since 2016 and was promoted to chief operating officer (COO) in 2023.
Working closely with the CEO/founder, Nel Filliger, Rabung has driven company revenue growth of 67% since 2022. In 2026, Fantasy is on track for a 24% increase, impressive growth in today’s RV market.
Rabung will continue in a dual role of COO and president. Filliger will remain involved in the company’s strategic initiatives and serve as chairman of the board.
“Stacey is an outstanding professional, and I am confident the team will thrive under her leadership,” said Filliger. “With Stacey directing all facets of Fantasy, I will expand on our current business development efforts, including exciting new opportunities within the RV industry.”
Prior to Fantasy, Rabung worked in management at Camping World and the Good Sam Club, the largest consumer RV membership organization in the U.S.
