“Elkhart is the heartbeat of the RV industry. It’s where the decisions are made and where the future of the RV is shaped. Being physically present here isn’t just an advantage; it’s a necessity,” said Mark Spilsbury, director of sales, RV, MPS.

“We are committed to building a powerhouse local team that can support our OEM partners. Scot is a perfect example of that local expertise; he has seen this business from the floor up, and that deep-rooted Elkhart experience is exactly what allows us to deliver the level of service our partners expect.”

Troyer started in the RV industry in 2013 on the line building travel trailers. That’s helped him approach people and problems. He’s worked across customer service, parts and service, and sales since then. In this role, he’ll work directly with OEMs, educating them and integrating Go Power! | Dometic solar, charging, and power systems into their builds.

“We now have a group here that offers solutions at every stage of the buyer journey,” Spilsbury said.

Vergonet joined Go Power! in 2024, focusing on electrical systems integration. Throughout his career, he’s worked alongside emerging RV-C multiplexing systems and spent time with OEM engineering teams on more complex builds. That experience makes him a go-to for manufacturers working through system design and smart power system integration.

Pyke, who joined the Go Power! team in January of 2026, brings background experience in wiring design, product and field testing, code compliance and technical training. As an on-site technical support representative, he’s worked directly with RV manufacturers through the full build process, especially on electrical component integration.

“By continuing to grow our local team here in Elkhart, we continue to offer our partners comprehensive solutions at every stage of the buyer journey, ensuring we are present and accountable where our customers need us most as we look towards the future,” Spilsbury said.

Go Power! products are available through OEM partnerships and authorized dealers across North America. More at gopowersolar.com.
