The Haugen RV Group has completed its acquisition of Middleton RV, the company announced Tuesday. The dealership now operates as Legacy RV.
This dealership will be the second Missouri based Legacy RV location for the Haugen RV Group. The first Missouri dealership is located in Bonne Terre, with the Festus dealership being the eighth addition to the Haugen RV portfolio. The group also consists of Legacy RV in Salt Lake City, Utah; Castle Country RV in Helper and Logan, Utah; and Funtime RV in Tualatin, Sandy and Klamath Falls, Ore.
Jason Haugen, CEO of the Haugen RV Group said, “I am very much looking forward to an amazing year with the group and the newest Legacy RV addition. I want to thank my team for all they have done throughout the transition as without them these acquisitions would not happen.”
Haugen also expressed his gratitude to the previous owners of Middleton RV, “Tim and Connie Middleton have gone above and beyond in passing the torch to our group. They had a few choices in buyers and the fact they chose our group because of our strong values and the way we conduct business is an incredible compliment.”
The Haugen RV Group is based out of SLC. RV Business Solutions, a buy-sell advisor to RV dealers, was the exclusive sell-side advisor to the Middletons.
