Granger-based Wait Industries has completed its acquisition of a manufacturer based in Elkhart, Ind., according to Inside Indiana Business.
The private capital investment firm says financial terms of the deal for Voyager Acquisitions were not being disclosed, however Voyager will continue to operate out of its Elkhart facility and employees will retain their jobs.
Voyager specializes in producing steel fabricated parts for the medical, RV, automotive and furniture sectors. Wait Industries President Doug Wait says Voyager offers “significant complimentary capabilities” to the company’s other metal fabrication business, M-3 & Associates.
Wait Industries acquired M-3 & Associates in July.
