PleimannIVEE Group, a premier management company serving the outdoor hospitality industry, announced that Shanna Pleimann has come on board as regional manager.
With over 14 years of experience in the RV/hospitality industry, Pleimann will work closely with several IVEE-managed properties to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences.
Pleimann started her career as a part-time employee while pursuing her culinary degree. After completing her education, she transitioned to full-time roles and eventually became a general manager where she worked. “Working with IVEE Group has been a great experience for me. I have grown so much in my role here and continue to do so,” Pleimann said.
In her new position, Pleimann will oversee four resorts: Panama City Beach RV Resort, where she has been for over 14 years, Port St. Joe RV Resort, Sugar Sands RV Resort and Milton / Gulf Pines KOA. She said she hopes to add more properties to her portfolio in the coming years.
Pleimann’s goals include ensuring all resorts run efficiently and helping her general managers and their teams achieve their monthly objectives. “I have a real passion for helping people achieve their goals. Teaching my staff and co-workers is something I truly enjoy. I like that I will get to see some of my favorite guests while still helping my team. This journey in hospitality has been a great adventure, and I look forward to all it has to offer going forward,” she stated.
