RVWA Celebrates Leaders Who Open Doors & Drive Change

Leadership, advocacy and the power of lifting others took center stage as the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) celebrated its annual awards on Oct. 15. The event honored individuals and companies whose contributions are helping create an RV industry where women thrive.

Selected from an outstanding field of finalists, this year’s honorees demonstrate the many ways progress takes shape — from a lifetime of breaking barriers to emerging leadership, everyday advocacy and exceptional service.

The celebration recognized recipients of the Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement, Leader of Tomorrow Award, Champion of Women — Individual Award, and Champion of Women — Company Award, along with the Chairperson’s Award for Outstanding Contributions.

“Progress happens when people make a deliberate effort to open doors for others,” said Tracy Anglemeyer, chair of RVWA. “These awards recognize the leaders and organizations doing that work every day — sharing their knowledge, creating opportunities, and helping women see what’s possible in the RV industry.”

RVWA’s highest honor, the Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement, recognized a career of meaningful contributions and a lasting commitment to helping other women succeed. The Leader of Tomorrow Award celebrated an emerging professional already making a difference.

The Champion of Women awards honored an individual and a company that put RVWA’s mission to elevate, educate, and promote women into practice. The Chairperson’s Award for Outstanding Contributions recognized exceptional dedication and service to the Alliance.

Together, this year’s finalists and recipients reflect the talent, generosity, and determination moving the RV industry forward.

Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement

This year, the RV Women’s Alliance Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement has been aptly renamed to recognize the Founder and President of RVWA, Susan Carpenter, for her remarkable accolades spanning a 35+ career dedicated to supporting women.

The RV Women’s Alliance’s highest honor recognizes a woman whose career has helped advance the RV industry while creating opportunities for other women to follow. Through sustained leadership, mentorship, and advocacy, the recipient leaves a legacy that extends beyond her own achievements.

Presented annually to an RVWA individual member, this award celebrates both the path she has forged and the people she has empowered along the way.
