Starting Oct. 29, Jayco’s customer service department will be available from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in all time zones, Monday through Friday. This change will provide dealers in every location across the U.S. and Canada access to the Jayco call center during their regular business hours for parts, service and support, the manufacturer reported.
“Jayco has built a reputation over the past 50 years of providing exceptional industry leading customer service,” said Matt Thompson, Jayco COO. “This change is another example of us listening to our dealers and rolling out the extended hours to ensure our customers have the best possible experience.”
