Nominations for the 40 Under 40 Class of 2026 are open until Thursday, Aug. 27, by midnight CT for consideration.
RV PRO’s award-winning program recognizes 40 of the best and brightest young professionals in the RV industry. Nominations will be considered for all market segments including dealerships (technicians, parts and service, retail sales, administration), RV manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, representative groups, business services and more.

40 Under 40 FAQs:
Can I nominate more than one person?
A: Yes, you can nominate as many people as you like, including yourself.
Will honorees be told who nominated them?
A: Yes. Honorees and nominators will be notified in the same email upon the honoree’s selection.
I nominated someone last year and they weren’t selected. Can I nominate them again?
A: Absolutely! Sometimes, an additional year of experience can make for a better candidate.
Will a nominee be considered if they were a 40 Under 40 honoree in the past?
A: No. If a nominee was already featured in a previous class, they will not be considered again.
When will I find out if my nominee was selected?
A: Nominators and nominees will receive notification of the selection in September. The Class of 2026 will be announced publicly shortly after.
If the person I nominated is selected and doesn’t want the recognition, what happens?
A: Our team selects 40 winners and has a list of “back up” nominees. If your nominee decides they don’t want to be featured, we will select another nominee.
