LGS Group, the master distributor for InterMotive Vehicle Controls, has announced the hiring of Ron Sayles as operations manager and Dave Eagan as technical specialist at the Elkhart, Ind., office.
“Ron and Dave are instrumental in the success of our new venture,” said Greg Schafer, executive VP of LGS Group. “We are in good hands to get this up and running smoothly.”
Sayles has more than 26 years of combined experience in production management, design and manufacturing engineering for dashboard displays and interfaces. As operations manager, Sayles will oversee the assembly launch of transit switch panels as an enhancement to InterMotive’s FlexTech programmable electrical system.
Technical Specialist Eagan brings his extensive knowledge of research, development and design validation to the LGS Group team. His multidisciplinary duties will vary from prototype creation and management to field support and repair.
The growing Elkhart office will provide limited assembly and inventory of FlexTech components, including the switch panels, to ensure timely delivery to Midwest customers. LGS Group is currently looking to expand into the RV market as well. Additional team members are expected to be hired over the next few months to bolster customer and tech support in the area.
