Major Manufacturers Pull Out of NATDA Show
Several large trailer manufacturers said they have have decided not to attend the North American Trailer Dealers Association show in October because of COVID-19 concerns. These include Forest River, American Cargo Group, Impact Trailers and Look/Pace/Cargo Express Trailers.
The show is scheduled for Nashville, Tenn. Oct. 26 to 28.
According to Tuesday’s announcement, “Most of the trailer manufacturing sector has taken steps to ensure the safety of their employees and sales staff by eliminating travel and implementing safety measures in their facilities. They felt it would be difficult for manufacturers and dealers to attend a trade show during the COVID-19 crisis while still maintaining CDC guidelines for social distancing and mask requirements. They hope that by being proactive and avoiding any potential health risks, that everyone can enjoy a successful trade show in 2021.”
