Maxxair, an Airxcel brand, introduced SkyMaxx, a new innovative skylight available in two sizes, designed to offer daylight and fresh air. SkyMaxx features a manual lift with various open positions, a pleated screen and shade that provide for full sun, full shade or partial sun and shade.
“The new SkyMaxx vents can greatly increase natural light and fresh air in the coach,” said Troy Nusbaum, vice president of OEM sales for Airxcel. “It’s easy to install so OEMs will love it and it provides control and optimization of daylight for the end-user. It’s a great way to make an RV brighter.”
“There are two sizes, large and small. The large has two variations to accommodate various roof thickness. No cutting is required during installation for either the large or the small,” said David Gehlen product manager for RV Products, a division of Airxcel. “The large skylight has a manual lift with four open positions. The small skylight also has a manual lift with three open positions. Both carry the CE and RoHs mark.”
“It’s a great product to bring the outdoors indoors. You have constant flow of fresh air when open and both the large and small skylights have an optional LED light that operates on 12VDC for added convenience,” Nussbaum said.
