The RV Industry Association recently launched a new customer invite program for exhibitors at RVX.
VIP Guest Invites is a free, fully customized marketing toolkit that allows exhibitors to promote their booth presence and invite their customers and prospects to RVX. All RVX exhibitors have already received a dashboard featuring tools including banner graphics, an HTML invite email, a landing page and social media sharing tools. Each tool promotes the exhibitor’s booth location and an invite code that attendees can use when registering for RVX. The tools can be copied and shared to the exhibitor’s own customer lists and social channels with just the click of a button.
“We’re constantly looking to provide our exhibitors with additional opportunities that add value to their participation, and help them increase traffic to their booths,” said Liz Crawford, SVP of RVIA’s trade shows and events. “Research has shown that exhibitors who do pre-show marketing receive up to 20 percent more traffic to their exhibits. This new customer invite program is an effective way for RVX exhibitors to simplify their marketing efforts prior to the event.”
Registration for RVX is open and is free for dealers.
