The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following weekly vehicular recalls:
Forest River is recalling certain 2024-2025 Cross Trail motorhomes. The backer on the ladder receiver may not have been installed, which can cause the ladder to detach. Forest River’s number for this recall is 215-1800.
Forest River is also recalling certain 2024-2025 Salem and Wildwood travel trailers. The affected vehicles may not have a secondary emergency exit installed. Forest River’s number for this recall is 72-1805.
Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) is recalling certain 2025 Freightliner Cascadia, 114SD, Western Star 47X and 49X transit buses equipped with Composolite EXS20 steerable lift axle suspension assemblies. The tie rod assembly ball stud could have been improperly heat treated and can fail. DTNA’s number for this recall is F1005.
