The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following weekly vehicular recalls:

Daimler Trucks North America is recalling certain 2025 Freightliner 108SD, 114SD, Business Class M2, Cascadia and Western Star 47X vehicles. The tie rod in the front axle may contain ball studs that have been incorrectly heat-treated, which can cause them to break and result in tie rod failure. DTNA’s number for this recall is F1007.

Forest River is recalling 20 2025 Freelander motorhomes. The Federal Placard indicates 30 seat-belted positions in the rear, when the correct number of belted positions is 3. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims – Other than Passenger Cars” and 49 CFR Part 567, “Certification.” Forest River’s number for this recall is 210-1824.

Jayco is recalling 125 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, and Reatta XL motorhomes. The battery cables may not be the correct size, in the correct location, or they may be improperly tightened, which can cause an electrical short or allow the cables to overheat. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903611.

TAXA is recalling 863 2021-2024 Mantis trailers. The gaskets and brackets could fail to stabilize the freshwater tank, allowing the tank to move and detach from the trailer. NHTSA’s number for this recall is 24V579.
