Billy Gene Foster, 92, of Mountain View, Ark., passed away in his sleep on Dec.1, joining his beloved bride of 67 years, Zeddie Rue Barnes Foster.
Foster was a self-made businessman who became well known throughout Arkansas as an auto dealer, and for a time he owned an RV dealership in the state. His other professional interests included cattle farming and real estate.
